RETURNs

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held accountable for returns that are not delivered.

 

Returned products must be in new, unused condition with tags still attached, exactly as you received them to be accepted. We reserve the right to decline returns of worn or damaged items.

Please note that final sale items and embroidered items cannot be returned.

Refund Information

Once we have received your returned items, you will be notified.

Refunds will be processed after the returned items are received. Please be aware that credit card refunds may take up to 14 days to be processed by your bank.
